Cancellation and Refund Terms
In the event of a transaction failure that is directly attributable to Zepay Money (Rudr Payments Tech Pvt. Ltd.), and the user receives a corresponding confirmation from the payment gateway, the transaction amount will be refunded automatically to the user’s account. The refund process typically takes 3 to 21 working days from the original transaction date. A confirmation email will be sent to the registered email ID once the refund is initiated.
Please note that any amount deducted as taxes or payment gateway charges will not be refunded.
Refunds for Completed Payments Without Services
If a user receives confirmation of a successful payment but does not receive the corresponding services, the user must report the issue by emailing our Customer Care at the support contact listed on our website. After receiving the complaint, we will investigate the matter. If a refund is deemed applicable, it will be processed based on the outcome of our inquiry.
Liability
Zepay Money’s liability is limited solely to refunding the transaction amount received by us. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages resulting from service failure or technical errors.
